Weekly Meal Plan

This week I'm going to be picking up extra hamburger and spread it over two to three meals. I'm hoping to freeze a pound for my freezer pantry. The Spanish Beef and Rice will be halfed to use later on as a stuffing for Green Bell Peppers. I'm also going to double the mashed potatoes only cooking them once this week, but enjoying them twice!
