Crock Pot Wednesday: Ravioli

Crock Pot Ravioli

1 (25 ounce) bag beef ravioli
1 (26 ounce) jar pasta sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup water
2-3 teaspoons red peppers
Italian spices
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Pour about half of the pasta sauce in the bottom of crock pot.
Add frozen ravioli.
Pour additional pasta sauce, tomato sauce, water, and red pepper over ravioli (I usually pour the pasta sauce on first and then shake together the tomato sauce, water, and red pepper in the empty pasta sauce jar to mix them).
Sprinkle Italian seasonings over sauces.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Turn crock pot on low and cook for 4-5 hours (until ravioli are tender).

Readers all I can say about this recipe is...UNREAL. Delicious absolutely must try. My entire family loves it and its just so easy. Enjoy!

I would not have thought to add the tomato sauce - I am going to have to try this.

Christy, it thickens. I was hesitant but I think its a must.

Crystal, I know what you mean about pasta but as long as it is frozen this Crock Pot recipe delivers.

Thanks for reading my blog and commenting come back and see me soon! If you have blogs please share them. I follow for follow. :)

As much as I use my crock pot, I have never done ravioli. I will certainly give yours a try. Thanks so much for posting to CPW.

I just got a new Crock Pot! Okay so by "just got" I mean about two months ago. I have been apprehensive to try anything as I am not too savvy around the kitchen, but this recipe looks fairly low-maintenance and very yummy! I'm going to try it out this weekend and let you know!

Goodness, this sounds delish. Two of my roommates have crock pots and I never take advantage of their communal availability. I think I just might have to venture into the world of crock pots to make this. :)
