Crock Pot 15 Bean Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb bag 15 Bean Soup (Such as Cajun or Ham flavored from Hurst's HamBeans Brand)
8 cups Water
1 15 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Chopped Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1-2 lbs Polish Sausage, diced
1 cup 5 Minute Rice

Directions:

Pour dry beans into a large Crockpot cover with water add onions, garlic, tomatoes and cook on high 4 hours. Turn Crockpot to low. Mix in Rice, Polish Sausage, and Flavor packet if desired. Allow soup to thicken for another hour before serving.
