I know my Meal Plans usually have a lot of kid friendly items. A lot of things aren't really, hips friendly. But I've mentioned before that any and ALL recipes can be figure friendly with some tweaking. Go with Fat Free dairy products, lean meats, steaming, roasting, and portion control.
