Weekly Meal Plan & Happy Thanksgiving!





Take out (Busy day tomorrow at the Hem/Onc Clinic)
Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Spaghetti & Meat Sauce
Thanksgiving Day @ the in-laws! I'll be in charge of bringing the Ranch Salad.

Friday I'll be cooking our Thanksgiving and this is my menu for my family.
Mr. Gobbles (aka a Turkey brined with love Alton Brown style.)
Ore-Ida's Steam n' Mash Potatoes(Yes I'm cheating how could I?)
Gravy
Ham (I usually pick up a small thick sliced package of ham no more then a pound and I add a can of pinapple juice and brown sugar mixed over then bake.)
Stove-Top Stuffing(I'm a slave to my box. I don't trust other stuffings! lol)
Turkey pieces & Dumplins
Green Beans (Fresh from the garden then canned at home. Very thankful for these!)
Broccoli Casserole
Mac n Chz
Rolls

Dessert
Moma's Banana Pudding
Kissed Peanut Butter Cookies
